Order Progress

Order Confirmation

• Email confirmation: After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
• Review: The confirmation includes your order details, such as the products, quantities, and delivery address.
• Didn’t receive an order confirmation? If you have not received your order confirmation, please also check your spam folder.

Shipment Tracking

• Notification: You will receive a separate email notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
• Tracking: The shipping notification includes a link that allows you to track the progress of your shipment. You can also track your shipment directly on the delivery provider’s website by entering your postal code.

Please note: Letter deliveries sent via Posti do not include tracking.

Delivery

• Delivery provider: In Finland, we ship orders with Posti. Outside of Finland we use UPS/GLS for shipping.
• Delivery time: The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days (in Finland). For more information about international shipping, please check UPS/GLS delivery time estimates on their pages.
