At the same time, we understand that every company leaves its mark on the planet. That is why we actively strive to make our impact as small and as positive as possible. It is important to us that every step we take moves us towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.

In practice, this is reflected in everyday actions. We repair and recycle earbuds whenever possible, so that functional products do not need to be replaced entirely with new ones. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and extend the use of our products.

We also invest in making the lifespan of our products as long as possible. JOY earbuds customers always have the opportunity to purchase the necessary spare parts to replace broken or lost parts. For example, a single earbud or a new charging case can be replaced without having to renew the entire set. This supports sustainable consumption and makes using the products more flexible.

We also take responsibility into account in logistics. We carry out more ecological product shipments, for example by reducing packaging materials and developing our delivery practices whenever possible.

In addition, we support environmental and social projects in Finland, because we want to make a positive impact locally as well. By purchasing earbuds from JOY, you support a Finnish company and a more responsible way of operating.
