Why is my payment failing?Updated 8 days ago

Card payments can fail for several reasons, but most commonly the issue is one of the following:

  • Online payments have not been enabled for the card.
  • There is a payment limit set either by the cardholder or the bank.
  • The card number, expiry date, or security code has been entered incorrectly. Please note that credit/debit combination cards have separate card numbers and CVC codes for both sides of the card.
  • There are insufficient funds available on the credit limit or bank account.

We are unable to see the exact reason why or how the payment has failed. In case of any payment issues, we recommend contacting the card issuer directly.

Card or payment details are not shared with or stored in the joyearbuds.com system.
