JOY GoldPower® – User Guide

Product Overview

JOY GoldPower® is a compact magnetic power bank designed to charge your phone wirelessly or with a cable. The device attaches magnetically to the back of compatible phones that support wireless charging.

GoldPower works similarly to TinyPower, but it does not include a display. Instead, LED indicator lights show the battery and charging status.

Wireless Charging

1. Place GoldPower against the back of your phone.

2. The magnet will automatically align and attach the power bank to the correct charging position.

3. Charging begins automatically without pressing any buttons.

Note:
Phone cases may weaken the magnetic connection and charging efficiency. If needed, use the magnetic sticker included in the package and attach it to the back of your phone to improve alignment and charging performance.

Wired Charging

GoldPower can also charge your phone using a charging cable.

1. Connect the charging cable to your phone.

2. Connect the other end of the cable to the GoldPower power bank.

3. Charging will start automatically.

Charging the GoldPower Power Bank

GoldPower is charged through the USB-C port.

1. Connect a USB-C charging cable to the power bank.

2. Connect the other end to a wall charger or USB power source.

3. The LED lights will indicate the charging status.

Recommended charging specifications:

• 5V / 1A charger

• Full charging time: approximately 1.5–2 hours

LED Indicator Lights

Since GoldPower does not include a display, LED lights show the battery level and charging status.

• Flashing lights: device is charging

• Solid lights: battery is fully charged

• Number of lights: indicates the remaining battery level

Compatibility

GoldPower works with phones that support:

• Qi wireless charging

• Standard USB cable charging

It is compatible with most iPhone and Android devices that support wireless charging.

Safety and Usage

• Do not use chargers exceeding 5V / 1A.

• Do not expose the device to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.

• Store the device in a dry and cool place.

• Use only undamaged charging cables.

Helpful Tips

• Charge GoldPower regularly so it is always ready for use.

• The best wireless charging performance is achieved when there is no thick phone case between the phone and the power bank.

• Keep the magnetic surface clean to maintain strong attachment.
