Wireless Stereo Sound (TWS)

Joy Buds earbuds support True Wireless Stereo (TWS) connection, allowing you to enjoy wireless stereo sound, separate left and right audio channels, and high-quality HIFI sound reproduction.

  • Both earbuds include full Bluetooth functionality, so you can use Joy Buds either together as a pair or one earbud at a time.

Charging

1. Charging the earbuds

  • When the earbuds are charging, the indicator light stays on. Once the earbuds are fully charged, the indicator light turns off.

2. Charging the charging case

  • The indicator lights on the charging case flash while the case is charging. Once the charging case is fully charged, the indicator light remains steadily on.

3. Charging instructions

  • The earbuds have a built-in battery that cannot be removed. The product is charged using an external charging cable.
  • The recommended charging current is 1A and the recommended voltage is 5V. Do not use a charger with an output higher than 5V/1A to charge the product.
  • A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

4. Low battery level

  • When the battery level is low, the earbuds will alert you with a warning sound and remind you to charge them.

Functions

Power on

  • Take the earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will power on and connect automatically.
  • You can also turn the earbuds on by pressing and holding the multifunction button on the earbud for 3 seconds, until you hear the “Power on” prompt.

Power off

  • Press and hold the earbud for 5 seconds, until you hear the “Power off” prompt.

Pairing

  • Place the earbuds in the charging case, and they will turn off automatically.
  • You can also press and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds, until you hear the “Connected” prompt.

Play/Pause: Tap the earbud.

Answer a call: Tap the earbud.

End a call: Tap the earbud during a call.

Reject a call: Press and hold the earbud for 2 seconds.

Music Controls

Previous track: Double-tap the left earbud.

Next track: Double-tap the right earbud.

Volume up: Triple-tap the right earbud.

Volume down: Triple-tap the left earbud.

Smart Functions

Voice control: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant.

Automatic reconnection: Joy Buds earbuds will automatically reconnect to a previously paired device if the pairing information has been saved.
