Wireless Stereo Sound (TWS)

JOY Koru earbuds support True Wireless Stereo (TWS) technology, enabling wireless stereo sound, separation of left and right audio channels, and high-quality HiFi sound.

The earbuds have full Bluetooth functionality in both earbuds, meaning they can be used individually or together as a pair.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds

When the earbuds are charging, the indicator light stays on.
When the battery is fully charged, the light turns off.

Charging the Charging Case

The indicator lights on the charging case blink during charging.
When the battery is full, the light stays on continuously.

Charging Instructions

The earbuds contain a built-in non-removable battery and must be charged using an external cable.

Recommended charging current:
1A current / 5V voltage

Do not use chargers above 5V / 1A.

A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Low Battery

When the battery level is low, the earbuds will play an alert sound reminding you to recharge them.

Functions

Power On

Remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically power on and pair.

You can also press the multifunction button for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt “Power on.”

Power Off

Press the earbuds for 5 seconds until you hear “Power off.”

Pairing

Place the earbuds in the charging case and they will automatically turn off.

You can also press the earbuds for 5 seconds until you hear “Connected.”

Playback and Calls

Play / Pause:
Tap the earbud.

Answer call:
Tap the earbud.

End call:
Tap the earbud during the call.

Reject call:
Press and hold the earbud for 2 seconds.

Music Controls

Previous track:
Double tap the left earbud.

Next track:
Double tap the right earbud.

Increase volume:
Triple tap the right earbud.

Decrease volume:
Triple tap the left earbud.

Smart Features

Voice assistant:
Press any earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant.

Automatic reconnection:
The earbuds automatically reconnect if pairing information has been saved.
