Problems with Your Earbuds?

No worries — we’re here to help. If you experience any issues with your earbuds, please try the steps below first. In many cases, these actions will solve the problem.

Because these are very small earbuds, occasional challenges may occur due to their compact size. Fortunately, most issues can be resolved by following these steps: fully charge the earbuds and case, perform a reset, clean the earbuds if needed, and check that they are positioned correctly in the ear.

If you are experiencing volume or sound issues, it is especially important to clean the earbuds to rule out problems caused by a blocked sound channel.

1. Charging

Place the earbuds into the charging case and charge the case until all four LED lights are on.

Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.

In troubleshooting situations, it is recommended to charge the earbuds and the case using a wall outlet for at least two hours to ensure they receive enough power to recover from the issue.

2. Cleaning

If the earbuds still do not work properly after fully charging them, check underneath the ear tips to ensure there is no dirt, debris, or particles blocking the protective mesh or sound tube.

Debris can sometimes enter during packaging or shipping, so cleaning may be necessary even if the earbuds are new.

The protective mesh can be gently brushed with something like a soft toothbrush.

Due to the earbuds’ small size, earwax and dirt can easily accumulate in the sound tube, which may affect sound quality.

Complete Cleaning Instructions

  1. Gather supplies: Soft cleaning cloth, cotton swabs, mild soap, and water.

  2. Remove ear tips: If possible, remove the ear tips from the earbuds.

  3. Dry cleaning: Use a dry cloth to remove loose dirt.

  4. Damp cloth: Wipe the earbuds with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap.

  5. Cotton swabs: Clean small openings using lightly moistened cotton swabs.

  6. Clean the ear tips: Soak the ear tips in warm soapy water and let them dry.

  7. Disinfect: Optionally wipe the earbuds to disinfect them.

  8. Dry thoroughly: Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

  9. Store properly: Keep the clean earbuds in their charging case to prevent dirt buildup.

  10. Regular maintenance: Make cleaning a routine to maintain hygiene and performance.

3. Resetting the Earbuds

Before resetting, remove the old Bluetooth connection from your phone. It is also recommended to turn off Bluetooth on your phone during the reset process.

Check that there is no dirt or debris in the charging case or earbud slots, as this may block the sensors.

Ensure the charging case battery is fully charged before performing the reset.

Reset Instructions

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.

  2. Wait until the white lights turn on.

  3. When both white lights are on, press and hold the earbuds for about 10 seconds.

  4. The lights will flash quickly 5 times, indicating the reset was successful.

4. Correct Ear Placement

Sound quality issues are often caused by incorrect earbud placement. If the earbuds are placed incorrectly or upside down, it may cause:

  • Earbuds falling out

  • Crackling or distorted sound

  • Microphone performance issues

It is important to find the correct ear tip size and position.

The earbuds are positioned correctly when the tip points toward the earlobe and appears to fit naturally into the ear.

If the earbud is inserted too deeply, the microphone openings may press against the skin, which can interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
