Our products have a product warranty of up to 3 years, which covers defects caused by manufacturing and material faults. If our products become faulty within the warranty coverage, we will provide you with a new product to replace the faulty one as smoothly as possible.

The warranty does not cover self-caused damage, such as damage caused by dropping, moisture, or other external factors.

In addition, the lithium battery in the products is a consumable part, and its capacity naturally decreases over time and through charging cycles. Battery performance is also affected by usage habits, charging habits, and the usage environment. Normal wear of the lithium battery and gradual weakening of its performance are not covered by the warranty. The warranty only covers clear manufacturing or material defects in the battery.

60-day satisfaction guarantee: Recycled TinyS® - like new
