We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee and return right for our products. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Under the return right, you may try and test the product for 60 days. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected], and you will receive the return instructions. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and the product must be intact. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the return. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your return will be processed and the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method of the order as quickly as possible. Please note that the 60-day return right is valid only for products purchased through our online store.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product (€7.99). Any possible shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
