SoundMate 3 – User Instructions

Buttons & Functions

Bottom button = Power & Control

• Power ON: Press and hold for 2 seconds

• Power OFF: Press and hold for 4 seconds

• Play / Pause: Short press

• Answer / End call: Short press

Top button = Noise Cancellation & Volume (IMPORTANT)

• Noise cancellation ON / OFF: Short press
  SoundMate 3 features light noise cancellation.

⚠️ Note: The plus (+) and minus (–) buttons are unfortunately reversed.

LOWER + Button

• Volume up: Short press

• Next track: Press and hold for approx. 1 second

UPPER – Button (line)

• Volume down: Short press

• Restart track: Press and hold for approx. 1 second

• Previous track: Two quick presses in a row

Wired Use

The headphones can also be used with a cable.

• Connect the audio cable to the headphone jack

• Connect the other end to your phone or music device

Using the cable automatically disables Bluetooth and helps extend battery life.

Charging

• Charging is done via the USB-C port using the included cable

• Full charging time is approx. 2 hours

Storage

We recommend storing the headphones folded inside the included pouch.
This protects them from scratches and dust.

You can also carry inside the pouch:

• Charging and audio cables

• Or even a pair of small earbuds
