Placing the Earbuds in Your Ear

The best sound quality and comfort are achieved when the earbuds are placed correctly in your ear. The earbud should point toward the earlobe and feel comfortably positioned in the ear canal.

Try the different ear tip sizes included in the package to find the best fit for your ears. If the earbuds are inserted too deeply, the Bluetooth connection may weaken, so make sure the ear tip size is correct.

Power On and Off

Power On:
Press and hold for 5 seconds, or remove the earbuds from the charging case.

Power Off:
Press and hold for 5 seconds, or place the earbuds in the charging case.

Music Controls

Play / Pause:
Press once.

Next Track:
Double press the right earbud.

Previous Track:
Double press the left earbud.

Volume Control:
Triple press the left or right earbud.

Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

Open the charging case and turn on Bluetooth on your phone.

Search for “JOY Street” and connect.

Reconnect:
Remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

Siri / Google Assistant

Activation:
Press and hold the earbud.

Call Controls

Answer / End a Call:
Press once.

Reject a Call:
Press and hold.

Additional Tips

• Charge the earbuds regularly so they are always ready to use.

• Avoid using the earbuds in extreme temperatures or high humidity.

• Clean the earbuds regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
