JOY TenPower® – User Guide

Product Overview

JOY TenPower® is a compact magnetic power bank designed to make charging your phone easy wherever you go. The device features a 10,000 mAh battery, allowing you to recharge your phone multiple times throughout the day.

TenPower supports both wireless and wired charging. The magnetic attachment keeps the power bank securely aligned on the back of your phone during charging.

The device also includes a digital display that shows the battery level and charging status.

Wireless Charging

1. Place TenPower against the back of your phone.

2. The built-in magnet will automatically align the power bank with the correct charging position.

3. Charging will begin automatically once the device is properly positioned.

Note:
Phone cases may reduce the magnetic strength and charging efficiency. If needed, use the magnetic ring included in the package, which can be attached to the back of your phone or phone case to improve alignment.

Wired Charging

TenPower can also charge devices using a charging cable.

1. Connect the charging cable to your phone.

2. Connect the other end of the cable to the TenPower power bank.

3. Charging will start automatically.

TenPower also allows two devices to be charged at the same time (for example, a phone and earbuds).

Charging the TenPower Power Bank

The power bank is charged through the USB-C port.

1. Connect a USB-C charging cable to TenPower.

2. Connect the other end of the cable to a power adapter or USB power source.

3. The digital display will show the battery level during charging.

Recommended charging:

• 5V / 1A – 5V / 2A charger

• Full charging time: approximately 2–3 hours

Digital Display

TenPower includes a digital display that shows:

• Remaining battery percentage

• Charging status

• Power usage during charging

Compatibility

TenPower works with most smartphones that support:

• Qi wireless charging

• USB cable charging

It is compatible with most iPhone and Android devices.

Safety and Care

• Do not expose the device to water or extreme temperatures.

• Do not use damaged charging cables.

• Avoid dropping or hitting the device.

• Store the device in a cool and dry place.

• Recharge the device regularly to maintain battery health.

Helpful Tips

• The best wireless charging performance is achieved when there is no thick phone case between the phone and the power bank.

• Keep the magnetic surface clean to maintain strong attachment.

• Charge TenPower regularly so it is always ready for use.
