Placing the Earbuds in Your Ear
The best sound quality and comfort are achieved when the earbuds are placed correctly in your ear. The earbud should point toward the earlobe and feel comfortably positioned in the ear canal.
Try the different ear tip sizes included in the package to find the best fit for your ears. If the earbuds are inserted too deeply, Bluetooth connectivity may weaken, so make sure the ear tip size is suitable.
Power On and Off
Power On:
Remove the earbuds from the charging case or press and hold for 1.5 seconds.
Power Off:
Place the earbuds back into the charging case or press and hold for 7 seconds.
Automatic Power Off:
The earbuds will automatically turn off after 3 minutes if they are not connected to a device.
Music Controls
Play / Pause:
Press once.
Next Track:
Press the right button twice.
Previous Track:
Press the left button twice.
Volume Adjustment:
Press three times quickly (works with both Android and Apple devices).
When using a single earbud, the volume will increase.
Bluetooth Pairing and Connection
Open the charging case and turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Search for “JOY Tiny” and connect.
Reconnect:
Remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.
Game Mode and Voice Assistant
Game Mode:
Press quickly five times to switch to game mode.
Press five times again to return to music mode.
Voice Assistant:
Press and hold for 2–3 seconds.
Call Controls
Answer / End a Call:
Press once.
Reject a Call:
Press and hold for 1 second.
Resetting the Earbuds (Clearing Pairing List)
Press the left or right earbud button 8 times.
Earbud-to-Earbud Pairing
If the earbuds are not connected to each other:
Press both earbud buttons 4 times (the fourth press should be a long press).
Additional Tips
Charge the earbuds regularly to keep them ready for use.
Avoid using the earbuds in extreme temperatures or high humidity.
Clean the earbuds regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
