Pairing

1. Connect the earbuds
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on, synchronize with each other, and enter pairing mode.

2. If the earbuds do not synchronize
If the earbuds fail to sync with each other or disconnect during use:

• Turn both earbuds off and then turn them back on.

• If this does not solve the issue, place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again.

• Remove the earbuds from the case and press and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds. This forces the earbuds to restart and synchronize with each other.

3. Connect with your phone
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and search for TM-3 / JOY TinyMate 3 to connect.

Functions

Power On / Off

The earbuds automatically turn on when removed from the charging case.
They automatically turn off when placed back in the charging case.

Manual power on: Press and hold the earbuds for 3 seconds.
Manual power off: Press and hold an earbud for 5 seconds.

Play / Pause Music

Tap either earbud once to play or pause music.

Previous / Next Track

Previous track:
Double tap the left earbud.

Next track:
Double tap the right earbud.

ANC Mode (Active Noise Cancelling)

Press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds to switch to Transparency Mode.

Press and hold the right earbud again for 2 seconds to switch to Noise Cancelling Mode.

Press and hold the right earbud once more for 2 seconds to return to Normal Bluetooth Mode.

Game Mode (50–60 ms latency)

Press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds to switch to Game Mode.

Press and hold the left earbud again for 2 seconds to return to Music Mode.

Answer / End Calls

Answer a call:
Tap the left or right earbud once.

End a call:
Tap the left or right earbud again.

Reject Calls

Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Voice Assistant

Tap either earbud three times to activate the voice assistant.

Resetting the earbuds (TinyMate3):

1. Remove the earbuds from your phone’s Bluetooth settings (forget the device)

2. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone

3. Take both earbuds out of the charging case

4. Tap either earbud 5 times quickly until the lights react

5. Place the earbuds back into the charging case for a moment

6. Take the earbuds out of the case again

7. Turn Bluetooth back on your phone

8. Reconnect (pair) the earbuds with your phone
